Project 12 Jobs Tier List
Early priorities for civilian cash — frameworks you can re-test when payouts change after updates.
This Jobs Tier List ranks how new Project 12 players should prioritize civilian work while the economy is still young. Cinnamon X (CinnamonSoftware) launched the Roblox city RP on December 2, 2025. Exact job names and payouts can move — especially near “1000 Likes = Update!” patches — so we publish bands and criteria, not a pretend permanent meta carved in stone.
How to use this list with guides
Execute loops using Make Money, navigate with Map and Locations, and keep identity clear via Civilian / Criminal. Compare law pressure mindset on Police Path Tier List. Hub: Tier List Hub.
Scoring criteria (in order)
- Learning speed — Does this job teach districts and UI quickly?
- Reliability — Can you finish cycles on quiet and busy servers?
- Tilt risk — Will one failure spike you into bad crimes?
- Upgrade synergy — Does pay fund tools that shorten future loops?
- Heat adjacency — How often does the route skim high-crime chaos?
Tier bands (framework)
S-band: first-hour teachers
Jobs (whatever they are named tonight) that sit near memorable landmarks, complete in short cycles, and rarely require perfect team coordination. Pick these first after Getting Started. They maximize map literacy per minute.
A-band: stable grinders
Slightly longer loops with steady payout feel. Excellent once you can drive/walk routes without UI panic (Controls). These become your “quiet server” default.
B-band: situational picks
Strong when population, event markers, or personal skill align — weaker when you are tired or the city is on fire with chases. Sample them after you own an S/A routine.
C-band: spectacle traps
Look lucrative or cinematic but fail reliability or tilt tests for beginners. Streamers may flex them; you should unlock them later.
Avoid-for-now band
Anything that requires unverified scripts, account sharing, or off-site “job boosters.” See Scripts Hub and Codes Hub (no verified codes yet).
Criminal “jobs” note
Illegal scores are not ranked as normal jobs here. Treat them as a risk dial inside Make Money and Arrests and Chases. A high payout crime that ends in jail every time is not S-tier income.
Re-testing protocol after updates
When Updates Hub or Likes Milestone signals change:
- Run one S-band cycle and record cash delta
- Run one former C-band candidate for science
- Promote/demote only with notes — not vibes from chat
Server population modifiers
With visits around ~1.78M, peak hours add interference:
- Downgrade long outdoor jobs one band during chaos
- Upgrade indoor or short-turnaround work when officers flood streets
- Officers reading Become Police will patrol commercial triangles — expect that
Suggested early ladder
- Two S-band cycles
- One A-band cycle
- Map drill between payouts
- Optional B-band experiment
- Stop before C-band revenge grinding
Use Starter Checklist to keep the ladder intentional.
Party play adjustments
Coordinated friends can temporarily raise a B-band job if roles are clear. Random public groups often lower effective tier due to AFK partners. Rank the experience you actually had, not the brochure.
What we refuse to fabricate
- Exact Robux-like cash tables without measurement
- Named employer lists copied from other city games
- “Infinite job XP” codes

Jobs in Project 12 reward players who treat tiers as hypotheses. Run the experiment, keep the teachers, and demote spectacle until your fundamentals are boringly solid.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Project 12 players.
Why aren’t specific job names listed in S-tier?
Names and payouts can change in early live games. Criteria-based bands stay useful; confirm tonight’s best teachers in UI.
Are criminal activities in this tier list?
Not as standard jobs. Rank them separately by risk versus cash using the Make Money guide.
How often should I rebuild the list?
After meaningful updates or when your notes disagree with old assumptions for two sessions in a row.
What if my friends swear a C-band job is best?
Test it once with notes. If it fails your reliability or tilt criteria, keep it as their preference, not your default.
Do codes change job tiers?
Only if official rewards alter economy — and no verified codes exist yet.
